    Our business hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Sundays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  • How do I book a dive or course?
    You can book online through our website or by contacting us directly at the store.
  • When should I book my service?
    Reservations for diving and instruction should be made at least seven days in advance. This helps us give you the best service possible by making sure that all necessary staff and equipment are available.
  • Do you accept Walk-ins?
    Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated as possible.
  • What is the maximum depth for your dives?
    Our maximum depth varies depending on the dive site and your certification level.
  • Do you offer diving certifications?
    Yes, we offer a range of diving certifications from beginner to advanced levels.
  • What is the minimum age for diving?
    The minimum age for diving is 10-12 years old.
  • Do I need to be a certified diver to dive with you?
    No, we offer introductory dives and certification courses for beginners.
  • Can I purchase diving equipment from your shop?
    Yes, we sell a range of diving equipment and accessories.
  • Do you rent diving equipment?
    Yes, we rent a range of diving equipment, including masks, snorkels, fins, and scuba gear.
  • What safety measures do you have in place?
    We follow strict safety protocols, including dive planning, buddy systems, and emergency response plans.
  • Do you have a first aid kit on site?
    Yes, we have a fully stocked first aid kit on site.
  • What happens in case of an emergency?
    We have a comprehensive emergency response plan in place, including evacuation procedures and communication with local authorities.
  • How are payments handled?
    Payments can be done through credit card (preferably), Visa, MasterCard, or cash, USD or MXN If you are diving for more than one day, please open an account with us. This allows us to bundle your dives to give you the best package price. Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 5% processing fee. The more you dive the lower your per dive price will be. No additional discounts will be offered. If staying for an extended period of time, please make a monthly payment to your account.
  • Do I need to make a deposit?
    A deposit of $50 USD is required to reserve your initial ocean dive or PADI instruction. Deposits can be made by credit card or through PayPal accounts.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards and cash (USD, MXN, Euro).
  • What's your Cancellation Policy?
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be given a full refund minus a 5% booking fee. Failure to cancel your dive will result in a charge for that dive. No-shows will be billed for the missed dive. If you need to reschedule, but not cancel your dive, we will do everything possible to accommodate you without extra charge.
